Job Description

Northwest Permanente, a physician-led, self-governed multi-specialty group, is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Portland, Oregon. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia care under medical supervision in a highly collaborative team environment
• Provide services across four sites with OB coverage at two, including neuro, vascular, ortho, general surgery, ENT, robotic, spinal, epidural, and pediatric cases (no regional or cardiac)
• Mentor SRNAs during clinical rotations
• Document and manage patient responses to anesthesia and perioperative care

Compensation & Benefits

• Total financial package estimated at $345K+
• 21% employer-funded retirement contributions (not a match, full additional contribution)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with active Oregon licensure or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative team skills
• Comfortable working in a multi-location environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position
• Variable shifts (8, 10, 11, or 12 hours)
• No first or second call required
