Job Description
Northwest Permanente, a physician-led, self-governed multi-specialty group, is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Portland, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia care under medical supervision in a highly collaborative team environment
- Provide services across four sites with OB coverage at two, including neuro, vascular, ortho, general surgery, ENT, robotic, spinal, epidural, and pediatric cases (no regional or cardiac)
- Mentor SRNAs during clinical rotations
- Document and manage patient responses to anesthesia and perioperative care
Compensation & Benefits
- Total financial package estimated at $345K+
- 21% employer-funded retirement contributions (not a match, full additional contribution)
- 90%+ employer-paid health insurance

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with active Oregon licensure or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative team skills
- Comfortable working in a multi-location environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 position
- Variable shifts (8, 10, 11, or 12 hours)
- No first or second call required
