Job Description

McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia team at a large, well-established non-profit hospital system. This position is structured as a W-2 hospital-employed role with a full-time schedule of 80 hours biweekly. CRNAs will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists across all service lines, providing anesthesia care for a diverse and complex case mix. McLeod Regional Medical Center serves as the flagship campus for the McLeod Health system and offers extensive subspecialty support, allowing CRNAs to practice confidently in a high-acuity setting with strong physician collaboration.

The medical center features a Level II Trauma Center, Heart and Vascular Center, Chest Pain Accredited Center, advanced ICU towers, a comprehensive Cancer Center, Hospitalist and Intensivist services, and expansive Women’s and Children’s programs. This environment provides CRNAs exposure to a broad spectrum of cases and patient populations, supporting both professional growth and clinical excellence.

This role is well-suited for experienced CRNAs as well as new graduates who have completed an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple hospital service lines
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a care team model
• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia for a broad case mix
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Participate in perioperative patient care and quality initiatives

Job Requirements
