Job Description

OrthoAnesthesia, P.C. is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a growing team at OrthoNebraska Hospital in Omaha, NE. This is a physician-owned hospital with a strong focus on orthopedic and sports medicine surgery. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services primarily for orthopedic and neuro cases
• Rotate between 4- and 5-day workweeks for work-life balance
• Minimal ENT case coverage
• Collaborate with surgeons and care team in a supportive, autonomous practice environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $221,000
• Total compensation package value over $284,000
• 6 weeks PTO with option to purchase more
• 401(k) with company match and full 15% profit sharing
• $3,000 Health Savings Account (HSA)
• $2,000 annual stipend for CME, AANA dues, and licensure

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Nebraska state licensure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position alternating between 4- and 5-day workweeks
• No call, weekends, holidays, or nights
• Care team model at a physician-owned orthopedic hospital
