Job Description

Barrett Hospital & HealthCare in Dillon, Montana is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team. This full-time position offers a balanced rotating schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off, working within a small, collegial environment that values collaboration, autonomy, and rural healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases in an 18-bed critical access hospital setting.
  • Participate in a shared 1:3 call rotation with experienced anesthesia providers.
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, deliver safe anesthesia care, and monitor post-anesthesia recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Annual Salary: $240,000–$290,000 based on experience
  • Schedule: Two weeks on, two weeks off rotation
  • Call: 1:3 shared rotation
  • Employment Type: W-2, full-time

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
  • Current Montana RN and Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment and self-motivation
