Job Description

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from the NBCRNA
- Current RN and APRN licenses in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care, including pain management
- Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation
