Job Description

We are recruiting a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role offers a collaborative care team model with a broad surgical case mix and flexible scheduling options.

CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists and experienced perioperative staff in a supportive hospital environment. The practice provides exposure to multiple surgical specialties and offers the flexibility to participate in call coverage if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care and follow-up
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and operating room teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with anesthesia protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary approximately $265,000 – $285,000
• $125,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• New graduates welcome
