Job Description

A private practice group in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking one full-time CRNA to join a friendly, close-knit anesthesia team. This position offers a team care model with significant independence and no call responsibilities.

The practice includes general surgery, ENT, and orthopedic cases with no labor and delivery. CRNAs work collaboratively with excellent surgeons and staff in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general surgery, ENT, and orthopedic procedures
• Perform spinal anesthesia and regional blocks
• Administer induction agents
• Insert arterial lines rarely and lumbar epidurals rarely
• Practice within a team care model (approximately 10% medical direction)

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment
• Annual salary range: $210,000 – $230,000 (in addition to benefits)
• Malpractice insurance provided ($1M/$3M coverage)
• 5 weeks paid vacation
• 1 week paid educational leave

• No time-and-a-half for hours over 40 per week

Job Requirements

• Active Utah license required
• NBCRNA certification required (examination process negotiable)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
• New graduates accepted

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position starting immediately
• No first or second call responsibilities
• Team care model with autonomy
• 3 full-time anesthesiologists, 3 full-time CRNAs, 1 part-time CRNA
• 2 anesthesia technicians
