Job Description

East Carolina Anesthesia Associates (ECAA), North Carolina’s largest private practice, is hiring full-time CRNAs for CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia—just 20–30 minutes from the Charlotte suburbs. This is a top-tier opportunity offering unmatched pay for new graduates, flexible scheduling, and up to $100K in tuition loan repayment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties (excluding transplants and pediatric general surgery)
  • Rotate through Main OR, Outpatient Surgery Center, and Free-Standing Surgery Center
  • Work collaboratively in a highly regarded, stable team environment with no locum coverage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Year 1 total package up to $220,000 for new grads (base + sign-on + loan assistance)
  • Base salary: $197,600 with annual raises for 5 years
  • Up to $100,000 in tuition loan repayment or sign-on bonus for those with <2 years of experience
  • $5,000/year retention bonus for W2 employees
  • Relocation assistance: $5,000 if relocating from 100+ miles away
  • OT rate: $250/hour

Job Requirements

  • Active North Carolina CRNA license or eligibility
  • NBCRNA certification
  • New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time W2 employment with flexible 8s, 10s, or 12s
  • Minimal call: second call only 5 times per year
  • Level III Trauma Center with strong CRNA support and no locum staff
