Job Description
New Horizon Anesthesia is seeking four full-time CRNAs to join their team at an endoscopy center in the Albuquerque–Rio Rancho, New Mexico area. This is a lifestyle-focused 1099 opportunity offering guaranteed compensation with no productivity requirements.
This position is ideal for CRNAs seeking a predictable schedule without call, nights, or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in an endoscopy center setting
- Deliver outpatient anesthesia care with full autonomy (no medical direction)
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- $400,000 annual 1099 compensation
- Guaranteed pay — not productivity based
- 8 weeks off annually
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Malpractice coverage negotiable ($1M/$3M limits listed)
Job Requirements
- Active New Mexico license required
- NBCRNA certification required (candidates in examination process acceptable)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
- New graduates accepted
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time 1099 position
- No first or second call
- Endoscopy center practice environment
- Group includes 2 full-time and 4 part-time anesthesiologists
- Independent practice model (0% medical direction)
