Muskegon Surgical Associates/SurgiCenter is seeking an experienced CRNA to join our expanding ambulatory surgery team. Enjoy a permanent role focused on 100% outpatient cases with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call—ideal for professionals seeking true work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia for general, hand, plastic, and vascular surgeries in an ASC setting
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and support staff across three Muskegon locations
• Ensure patient safety and comfort from pre-op through recovery
• Contribute to the growth of the new MSA SurgiCenter and related service lines

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 salary: $220,000 – $260,000
• $20,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)

Job Requirements

• BSN plus master’s (or higher) degree from a COA-accredited nurse-anesthesia program
• Minimum 3 years’ CRNA experience
• Current or eligible Michigan CRNA license
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday – Friday, daytime hours
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
• Immediate start; definite (not pending) position
• Ambulatory Surgical Center with state-of-the-art facilities
