Job Description

McLennan County Anesthesia Associates is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our independent, collegial group at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive environment with no call, no weekends, and a predictable Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for a variety of bread and butter cases
Work independently within a well-established care team
Ensure safe and effective anesthesia care from pre-op to post-op
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
Maintain patient safety and comfort at all times

Compensation & Benefits

40-hour work week with consistent weekday hours

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active Texas RN and APRN licensure or eligibility
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working independently within a care team

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
No weekends, no call
Cases: General surgery, orthopedics, and other routine procedures (no OB or cardiovascular)
Join a group of 19 physicians, 7 CRNAs, and 1 AA
