Job Description

Harris Regional Medical Center is offering a full-time CRNA opportunity in Sylva, North Carolina, just outside Asheville. Join an established, supportive anesthesia team with light call responsibilities. This 1099 position includes a generous compensation package, sign-on bonus, and a highly competitive hourly structure with additional earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia services across a variety of cases in a hospital setting
• Provide light back-up call coverage as needed
• Participate in a well-established care team model
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 compensation: $350,000 – $370,000 annually
• $190/hr with 8-hour daily minimum guarantee
• Overtime: $180/hr after scheduled shift
• Weekday call: $250 | Weekend call: $500 + $185/hr call-back pay
• Sign-on bonus available

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active North Carolina CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable with independent and team-based anesthesia delivery

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time: 46 weeks per year
• Light back-up call with generous compensation
• Hospital-based practice setting
