Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope anesthesia care with a focus on regional blocks and neuraxial anesthesia
• Perform preoperative assessments and create individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Support postoperative recovery and ensure safe patient transitions
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
• Participate in teaching and mentoring students from Rutgers and Drexel
• Take advantage of opportunities for overtime to significantly boost income

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment
• $280,000 – $300,000 annual salary

Job Requirements

• Active or eligible New Jersey CRNA licensure
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Strong skills or interest in regional and neuraxial anesthesia
• Commitment to patient safety and collaborative practice
• Ability to work effectively within a large, multidisciplinary hospital system
