Job Description

CRH Anesthesia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a PRN opportunity at Holly Springs Endoscopy Center in Holly Springs, North Carolina. This position is based in a high-efficiency outpatient GI center with a predictable weekday schedule.

CRNAs will provide anesthesia services for endoscopic procedures in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for providers seeking flexible PRN work with consistent daytime hours and no call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for gastrointestinal endoscopy procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety
• Manage airway and sedation levels appropriately
• Provide post-anesthesia care and recovery monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for efficient workflow

Compensation & Benefits

• $185 per hour compensation
• Guaranteed 8-hour minimum per shift
• 1099 independent contractor structure
• Consistent outpatient case volume
• No call, nights, or weekend requirements

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active North Carolina license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification required
• Experience in outpatient or GI anesthesia preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN 1099 position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Hours approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4 operating rooms
• Approximately 10–12 cases per room daily
• Outpatient endoscopy center setting
• Efficient, high-volume procedural environment
