Job Description

The position centers on providing anesthesia services for general surgery, orthopedics, and rotating visiting specialties in a supportive rural hospital environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general surgery and orthopedic procedures, as well as for visiting specialty cases.
• Perform pre-operative evaluations, administer anesthesia, and manage patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Work independently within a small CRNA team to support surgical and procedural needs.
• Participate in a rotational call schedule aligned with a two-weeks-on, one-week-off work model.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards.

Compensation & Schedule

• Annual Salary: $250,000 (W-2)
• Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off
• Time Off: Approximately 17 weeks off annually
• Case Types: General surgery, orthopedics, and visiting specialty cases
• OB Coverage: None required
• Benefits: Full hospital-employed benefits package

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Montana RN and APRN licenses (or eligibility)
• Ability to work independently across a variety of surgical specialties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates encouraged to apply
