Job Description

Join Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon, as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). OHSU CRNAs are part of the professional staff and faculty within the School of Medicine, providing anesthesia services across a variety of locations, including the main hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Casey Eye Center, and non-operating room areas. This full-time role emphasizes excellent work-life balance, with no required call, weekends, or holidays (voluntary).

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
– Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
– Current CRNA licensure in good standing in Oregon.
– Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
– Maintenance of continuing education credits for CRNA recertification.
– Ability to manage high-acuity cases.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Proficiency in using electronic medical records.
– Reliability, integrity, and commitment to improving patient care and the work environment.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

Competitive salary with a $50,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment. Additional benefits include:
