Job Description

Mercy Medical Center-Merced is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. This bustling hospital offers a diverse range of services, including obstetrics, a cath lab, and a high-energy orthopedic department. We are looking for a CRNA eager to maintain and expand their skill set in a fast-paced environment with a variety of cases. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Schedule & Call

Flexible schedule with 8, 10, 12, and 12+ hour shifts available
40-hour workweek
24-hour call offered with a stipend
CRNAs take first calls

Practice Model

Supervision model with daily support from three to four anesthesiologists in the ORs

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $200/hr or $210/hr depending on experience (1099 basis)
Sign-On Bonus available for full-time CRNAs
Referral Bonus: $500 for referring a CRNA who signs on full-time
