Job Description

We are looking for a full-time CRNA to join the team at Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield, MO. This is a highly attractive opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistency, autonomy, and outstanding compensation—without nights, weekends, or call. Focus solely on orthopedic cases in a modern, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for high-volume orthopedic procedures
Utilize regional anesthesia techniques
Collaborate within a CRNA-led, clinician-driven model

Compensation & Benefits

$185/hour – approximately $318,200/year
9 weeks off annually
1099 independent contractor position
PSLF eligible

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Proficiency in regional anesthesia
Strong teamwork and clinical excellence

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday–Friday schedule
No call, no nights, no weekends
No floating – orthopedic-only facility
