Job Description

A well-established private practice in Northern Virginia near Washington, DC is seeking a full-time autonomous CRNA for bread and butter cases. This opportunity offers a flexible 4-day workweek with no nights, call, or weekends, making it an ideal position for those seeking work-life balance. New graduates (SRNAs) are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical cases
  • Work independently across specialties including peds, ortho, ENT, and general surgery
  • Perform regional anesthesia techniques as appropriate
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and care in a fast-paced clinical setting

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (no weekends or holidays)
  • Autonomous CRNA role in an outpatient setting
