Job Description

Join a dynamic and collaborative CRNA team at OrthoAnesthesia, PC, providing high-quality anesthesia care at the physician-owned OrthoNebraska Hospital. Cases are primarily orthopedic and neuro, with minimal ENT, allowing you to practice at the top of your license in a high-performance, low-stress environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for orthopedic and neuro surgical cases
• Collaborate with a supportive care team model
• Maintain high standards of safety and autonomy in anesthetic management

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $241,000+ (based on experience)
• Total compensation package over $305,000 including full 15% profit sharing
• 7 weeks PTO (with option to purchase more)
• $3,000 Health Savings Account (HSA)
• 401(k) with company match + profit sharing
• $2,000 stipend for AANA dues, license fees, and CME
• Full malpractice coverage
• Comprehensive family medical coverage + optional dental/vision

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Nebraska CRNA license or eligibility
• Experience in orthopedic or neuro cases preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with alternating 4- and 5-day weeks
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
