Job Description

OSMS Anesthesia, a rapidly growing anesthesia practice in Northeastern Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. This position is located at our state-of-the-art Orthopedic Surgery Center of the Fox Valley in Neenah, WI. The CRNA will work closely with our orthopedic team to provide outstanding patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The CRNA will play a critical role in the perioperative care of patients, including pre-anesthetic evaluation, anesthesia administration, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia care. This position offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package with an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for orthopedic surgical procedures, including general and regional anesthesia techniques.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary during procedures.
• Perform post-anesthesia care, including pain management and monitoring for complications.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required
• Valid Wisconsin state RN and APRN licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
• Experience with orthopedic cases preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
