CompHealth is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a modern outpatient facility in Great Falls, Montana. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care for outpatient procedures including ortho, ENT, endoscopy, and cath lab
• Collaborate with surgeons and proceduralists in a modern facility
• Work 8- or 10-hour shifts in a no-call model
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe patient experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary up to $320,000
• Starting salary no less than $270,000
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Full benefits package including health, retirement, and CME
• 7+ weeks of paid time off per year
• No call responsibilities – frequent early outs

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current or eligible Montana license
• Experience in outpatient cases preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with mix of 4- and 5-day work weeks
• Shifts: 8s and 10s
• No call, no weekends
• Modern outpatient-focused medical facility
