Job Description

Digestive Health Associates of Southern California in Santa Monica is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their all-CRNA team. This outpatient role focuses on endoscopy cases with consistent daytime hours, no nights, weekends, or call. The position primarily involves administering Propofol and ensuring safe, effective patient care in a collaborative, CRNA-only environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and patient assessments.
Develop individualized anesthesia care plans for endoscopy procedures.
Administer and monitor anesthesia (primarily Propofol) during procedures.
Manage cardiac and respiratory functions throughout perioperative care.
Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and patient recovery management.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all anesthesia care.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual part-time earnings range: $10,000 – $140,000 (1099 independent contractor).
No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.
Stable daytime hours: approx. 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Job Requirements

NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
Active California CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
Proficiency in Propofol administration and outpatient anesthesia management.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient safety skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

Part-time position beginning October 1, 2025.
Outpatient endoscopy setting; all-CRNA practice model.
Typical hours: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
No call, no weekends, no overnight responsibilities.
