Job Description

Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, South Dakota, is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a cohesive, autonomous group of nurse anesthetists practicing independently. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia services for general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, OB/GYN, podiatry, and healthy pediatrics
• Perform obstetrical epidural placement and management
• Administer regional anesthetics in the perioperative setting
• Collaborate with a close-knit CRNA-only team in a progressive, independent hospital

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $290,000
• Sign-on bonus: $75,000
• Relocation assistance and CME support
• Executive-level benefits package
• Additional time off following weekend call

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in South Dakota
• Experience with a broad range of surgical and regional anesthesia techniques preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time hospital-employed position
• Call responsibilities with post-call days off
• Independent practice model with no medical direction
