Job Description

Michigan Dental Team in Flint is seeking a part-time or PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with pediatric experience to join their fast-paced ambulatory surgery center (ASC). The role involves administering general anesthesia for dental restorative and oral surgery procedures, primarily to pediatric and special needs patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient anesthesia for patients aged 18 months to 26 years
• Perform nasal intubations and manage pediatric and special needs cases
• Collaborate with ASC leadership on quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ASA, SPA, and SAMBA standards

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Experience in pediatric anesthesia strongly preferred
• Proficiency in nasal intubations
• Comfortable managing anesthesia in young and special needs populations

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM OR start time
• No nights, weekends, or holiday shifts
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary ASC environment
