Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, and spine
• Split time between hospital ORs and an on-campus surgicenter
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary anesthesia team

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 annual base salary (guaranteed, not hourly)
• $60,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment
• 401(k) with up to 5% employer match

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Virginia RN/CRNA licensure

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-Time W-2 position
• Flexible shifts: 4x10s, 5x8s, or custom combinations
• Typically under 40 hours/week due to efficient relief system
• No nights, weekends, or call
