Job Description

SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their dedicated anesthesia team. This is a hospital-employed role offering a supportive, collegial environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medically directed anesthesia care at St. Agnes Hospital and the Fond du Lac Surgery Center
  • Deliver anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, ENT, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, and podiatry
  • Collaborate closely with a team of anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in the pre-operative assessment and intraoperative/postoperative management of patients

Facility Highlights

  • 174-bed community hospital
  • 6 operating rooms plus 1 cardiovascular OR at St. Agnes Hospital
  • 4 operating rooms at Fond du Lac Surgery Center
  • Approximately 5,000 surgical cases performed annually

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin
  • Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and teamwork

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position (1.0 FTE)
  • Collaborative and collegial team of 11 physicians and 7 CRNAs/AAs
  • Balanced scheduling promoting work-life harmony
