Job Description

St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, Arkansas, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an established anesthesia team as part of a well-respected 5-physician practice. This is a full-time position that provides a full spectrum of multidisciplinary coverage, including general, trauma, OB, cardiac, and interventional radiology cases. The anesthesia team follows a supervision-only model, ensuring high levels of autonomy and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures, including trauma, OB, cardiac, and interventional radiology
• Collaborate closely with a team of 4 anesthesiologists and 35 CRNAs
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and create tailored anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses during and after procedures
• Participate in OB team coverage once fully staffed

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Arkansas state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to work independently within a supervision-only model
• Experience with OB, trauma, and cardiac cases preferred
