Renew Medical Group is seeking an independent, experienced CRNA to join its CRNA-only team at St. James Hospital in Butte, MT. This 1099 role offers exceptional compensation, a flexible work environment, and the opportunity to live in the heart of Montana’s Rocky Mountains. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia in a general OR setting across 4 operating rooms
• Participate in a 1-in-6 beeper call rotation
• Provide safe, independent, and consistent patient care without supervision
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Respond to call-ins after 5 PM at a rate of $220/hour

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation of $335,000 annually
• Total earning potential with call up to $350,000–$355,000 per year
• 9 weeks of paid time off
• Flexible 1099 independent contractor structure

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification with current state licensure
• Comfort working independently in a general OR setting
• Willingness to participate in a 1-in-6 call rotation

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time independent contractor role
• Monday–Friday general OR coverage
• Call begins at 3 PM with compensation for call-ins after 5 PM
• All-CRNA practice model with complete autonomy
