Job Description

A high-functioning anesthesia team in Southern Arkansas is seeking an autonomous Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their practice. This role offers excellent compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work independently in a well-supported environment.

Case Variety

  • Bread and butter cases
  • OB/GYN
  • Healthy pediatrics
  • No neuro or cardiac cases

Schedule & Call

  • Flexible schedule with up to 2.5 months off per year
  • First call every fifth night
  • No second call

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $335,000 – $385,000 based on weeks worked
  • 1099 Independent Contractor position
