Job Description

The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) is seeking two full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its Veterans Affairs anesthesia team in Nashville, Tennessee. This federal position offers the opportunity to care for our nation’s Veterans in a collaborative anesthesia care team model while providing anesthesia for a wide variety of complex surgical and non-surgical procedures. Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $180,000–$260,000 annually
  • Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Federal Employee

CRNAs provide anesthesia services throughout the operating room and non-operating room environments for a diverse range of procedures, including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, urology, dental, podiatry, outpatient surgery, office-based procedures, regional anesthesia, acute pain services, and preoperative clinic care. Providers work alongside a team of 15 anesthesiologists, 14 CRNAs, and 8 anesthesia technicians in a collaborative practice environment.

Qualifications

  • Current NBCRNA certification (or eligibility while in the examination process)
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Any unrestricted U.S. state CRNA license accepted
  • No fellowship required
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
