Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to work independently at a busy plastics and cosmetic surgery ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Vineland, NJ. This role is ideal for CRNAs seeking to grow their technical expertise and leadership skills while practicing at the full scope of licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures in an ASC setting
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop anesthetic plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and stability
• Manage airways using advanced airway techniques
• Document patient care using paper charting
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to deliver optimal patient care
• Review and recommend improvements for emergency procedures and equipment

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $190,000 – $200,000 (Part-Time W2; $195,000 average)
• Occurrence malpractice insurance provided ($1M/$3M limits)
• Hands-on mentorship in both clinical and business aspects of independent practice

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA license in New Jersey
• NBCRNA Certification required
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Current NPDB report
• Independent practice experience (sole anesthesia provider on-site)
• Proficient in airway management, patient monitoring, and medication administration
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time, 8-hour shifts

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, guaranteed 8-hour shifts
• 2-week rotation schedule
• No weekend or call requirements
• Independent practice model with strong emphasis on CRNA autonomy
