Job Description

Medical Center Clinic ASC in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a small, collaborative team at a free-standing multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. Enjoy a supportive environment with no nights, no weekends, and no call—perfect for professionals who value work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Administer general and MAC anesthesia for routine, multi-specialty outpatient surgical cases
Provide safe, high-quality care under the general supervision of anesthesiologists
Support a patient-first philosophy in a collaborative and team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive W-2 salary (exact amount discussed during interview)
Full benefits package available
Flexible scheduling: 4- or 5-day work week
No call, nights, weekends, or holidays

Job Requirements

Active Florida CRNA license
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a clinical team
Strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, Monday–Friday
Outpatient ambulatory setting with routine, low-acuity cases
Join a small group of friendly, experienced CRNAs and considerate surgeons
