Job Description

Cone Health is actively hiring full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) at three award-winning hospital campuses in Greensboro and surrounding areas. CRNAs will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across various case types. Flexible scheduling, home-call options, and a generous sign-on bonus make this an ideal role for both new graduates and experienced providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and medical procedures
• Participate in a collaborative environment across hospital and outpatient sites
• Float between hospitals (Level II Trauma, community, and rural settings)
• Call coverage built into schedule (home call)

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia
• Certified or recertified by NBCRNA
• NC RN License and Advanced Practice RN recognition
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or NRP (as recommended per campus)
