Job Description

Lincoln Healthcare is hiring PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its elite dental anesthesia team in Knoxville, TN. This high-paying, office-based opportunity offers weekday-only schedules with no nights, weekends, or call. CRNAs will work independently administering anesthesia for dental implant and oral/maxillofacial surgery cases in a modern, safety-focused outpatient setting.

This role is perfect for confident, experienced CRNAs looking to lead their practice in a high-efficiency environment with guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for dental implants and oral/maxillofacial surgeries
• Work independently with full control over case management
• Educate patients about anesthesia plans and recovery expectations

Compensation & Benefits

• $245/hour (1099)
• Guaranteed 6–8 hour workdays
• Work Monday through Thursday only
• No call, no weekends, no holidays

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum one year of CRNA experience
• Experience with dental anesthesia, sedation dentistry, or oral surgery
• Proficient in propofol, midazolam, fentanyl, ketamine administration
• Active TN license, NBCRNA, BLS, and ACLS
• Carry or obtain 1M/3M malpractice coverage

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN contract work (1099)
• Monday–Thursday day shifts only
• Max 2–3 patients per day
• Outpatient dental implant surgical center
