Job Description
Pacific Anesthesia is seeking two full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a thriving outpatient surgery center in Lancaster, California. This independent practice opportunity offers exceptional compensation, a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, and an outstanding lifestyle with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.
CRNAs practice autonomously and perform their own regional anesthesia procedures while working in a modern four-operating-room surgery center with a strong orthopedic and outpatient surgery focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks
- Administer anesthesia for orthopedic, pain management, GI, general surgery, and plastic surgery cases
- Conduct preoperative assessments and postoperative patient management
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential starting at $500,000+
- 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements
- Current NBCRNA certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- California licensure required
- Providers in the NBCRNA examination process may be considered
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong regional anesthesia interest or experience preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time 1099 position
- Independent CRNA practice model
- No medical direction
- Optional 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- No first-call or second-call responsibilities
