Job Description

Kaweah Nurse Anesthesia Services is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing independent practice team at Kaweah Health in Visalia, California. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties
• Manage anesthesia services throughout all phases of perioperative care
• Participate in OB backup coverage when necessary
• Perform regional anesthesia procedures if desired and qualified
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, residents, and CRNA students
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

Compensation & Benefits

• $197 per hour for Full-Time and Part-Time Partners
• $175 per hour for Flex Time (Per Diem) Partners
• $210 per hour for weekday 11 AM – 11 PM shifts
• $220 per hour for weekend 9 AM – 9 PM shifts
• $4,000 in-house OB call shifts
• $3,450 in-house Main OR call shifts when a second room is running
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 in student loan reimbursement opportunities
• Annual retention bonuses averaging $15,000 – $20,000
• $2,500 malpractice reimbursement for full-time partners
• Generous holiday incentive pay

Job Requirements

• Current California CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Ability to practice independently in a full-scope anesthesia environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, and 12-hour shift options
• Approximately 2-4 in-house call shifts per month for full-time providers
• First-call rotation approximately every 14th night
• Post-call day off always provided
• Independent CRNA practice model with no medical direction
• No cardiac anesthesia cases
• Opportunity to participate in regional anesthesia and OB backup coverage
• Team includes more than 25 independent CRNAs and 10 anesthesiologists
