Job Description
A multi-specialty outpatient surgery center in Murrieta, California is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for part-time or full-time positions. This opportunity offers a fully independent CRNA-only practice in a collaborative ambulatory surgery center setting.
CRNAs will provide anesthesia care across a variety of outpatient procedures with no call or weekend responsibilities. This role is ideal for providers seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
- Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety
- Manage airway and anesthesia delivery independently
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery and patient care
- Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff for efficient workflow
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential up to $350,000

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active California license required
- NBCRNA certification required
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
