Job Description
Valley Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its highly respected anesthesia team in Madera, California. This is a rare opportunity to work in a dedicated pediatric hospital environment while practicing alongside experienced pediatric anesthesiologists, advanced practice providers, and surgical specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients across a wide range of procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and individualized care planning
- Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical and diagnostic cases
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and patient safety
- Collaborate closely with pediatric anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Support family-centered, patient-focused pediatric care
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary up to $325,000

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active or eligible California CRNA license
- Active California RN license
- NBCRNA certification required or in process
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Passion for pediatric and patient-centered care
- New graduates welcome to apply
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time hospital-based position
- No first call responsibilities
- No second call responsibilities
- 100% pediatric anesthesia practice
- Medical direction model (2:1)
- Approximately 16,000 anesthetics annually
