1099 AZ Facility (Direct Hire) Full Time No Call Part Time W-2

Job Description

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needed in Phoenix, AZ. Join a supportive and collaborative team at Honor Health Pain Management Center, affiliated with Honor Health. We are seeking CRNAs to work Thursdays, Fridays, or both. Multiple part-time candidates or one full-time provider will be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking no weekends, no holidays, and no call schedules.

All procedures are outpatient-based and include propofol sedation with no intubations. An 8-hour shift guarantee is provided. Choose between W-2 employment or 1099 contractor status.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care for pain management procedures and stimulator implants
• Function as a member of the procedure room team
• Formulate and execute safe anesthetic care plans
• Assist in clinical emergencies if needed
• Participate in peri-operative planning with physicians and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records
• Assist with inventory and anesthesia supply restocking

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,200 – $1,600 (8-hour shift guarantee)
• Flexible employment type: W-2 or 1099
• No weekends, no holidays, no call

Job Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing and nurse anesthesia programs
• Current Registered Nurse license in Arizona
• Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with IV sedation preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and professional ethics

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position, with available days: Thursdays and Fridays (0700–1700)
• Outpatient surgery center, no intubations required
• Start date: May 6, 2025
