Job Description

Ascend Wellness in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its innovative ketamine clinic focused on mental health and pain management. This is a unique opportunity for a CRNA to work autonomously in a non-surgical, outpatient setting, providing oversight of ketamine infusions and patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer ketamine infusions for patients with mental health or chronic pain conditions
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure best practices and compliance

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual 1099 compensation: $200,000–$250,000
• Vacation negotiable
• No call, weekends, or holiday requirements

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience or interest in ketamine therapy, pain management, or mental health preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays may allow for early dismissal
• No call, holidays, or weekends
• Outpatient clinical environment
