Job Description

H.H. Anesthesia is seeking an independent CRNA to join our private practice team at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY. This is a full-time opportunity offering an excellent work-life balance and a supportive environment in a vibrant, scenic community just two hours from NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of bread-and-butter cases
• Work independently within a CRNA-led model
• Opportunity for light call coverage with additional pay

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $300,000 – $400,000
• Base salary: $275,000
• $25,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year commitment
• 6 weeks paid vacation
• Full benefits package
• Extra compensation available for optional light call shifts

Job Requirements

• CRNA with independent practice experience preferred
• Comfortable managing routine cases without cardiac, neuro, OB, or trauma

Schedule & Work Environment

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Call: Optional, not required
• No nights, weekends, or major trauma
