Job Description

East Carolina Anesthesia Associates (ECAA) is seeking ambitious and driven Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our expanding team at ECU Health SurgiCenter. This fast-paced, high-quality surgical center is undergoing expansion, with new ORs being added over the next three years.

Schedule & Cases

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 4-10s schedule with a rotating day off
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Overtime available at a rate of $150/hour
• Autonomous anesthesia management within an ACT setting
• Wide variety of cases: Orthopedics, General, ENT, Podiatry, Eyes, Pediatrics, GYN
• Higher acuity cases include lumbar fusions, anterior fusions, and hysterectomies
• Participation in clinical instruction of anesthesia students (optional)

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $100,000 in signing bonuses for a 3-year commitment
• Additional $30,000 bonus for CRNAs starting by April 1, 2025
• Additional $20,000 bonus for CRNAs starting by July 1, 2025
