Job Description
Anesthesia Company LLC is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a well-established outpatient facility in the Glen Echo area of Maryland. This full-time position offers a predictable weekday schedule in a low-stress, team-oriented environment focused primarily on cataract procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures, primarily cataract cases
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during perioperative care
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical staff in a care team model
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $280,000
- W-2 employment with salaried structure

Job Requirements
- Active Maryland CRNA license required
- NBCRNA certification required
- Prior experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 position
- Start date: September 1
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, five 8-hour shifts
- No first call responsibilities
- No second call responsibilities
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Outpatient surgical setting with efficient workflow
