Job Description

Potomac Anesthesia Associates is seeking full-time and part-time CRNAs to join its established private practice serving multiple outpatient surgery centers in Rockville, Maryland and surrounding Montgomery and Frederick counties.

This opportunity offers independent practice, no call responsibilities, a diverse ambulatory case mix, and the flexibility to work across well-established ASC locations. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with regional anesthesia and thrive in an autonomous outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures across multiple ASC locations
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and individualized care planning
• Administer and monitor anesthesia independently throughout procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and patient safety
• Provide care for ENT, dental, pediatric, orthopedic, GYN, general surgery, GI, plastic surgery, and ophthalmology cases
• Perform regional anesthesia and related blocks as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and efficient OR workflow

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employed position
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Compensation up to $240,000
• Negotiable sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Maryland license required
• NBCRNA certification required or in process
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Regional anesthesia skills essential for most locations
• New graduates not accepted
