Tidewater Anesthesia Associates (TAA) is expanding its anesthesia services and is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its collegial private practice in Easton, Maryland. Compensation & Benefits

• $215-$235 per hour
• Approximately $1,600-$1,700 per day

Job Requirements

• Current Maryland CRNA license required or eligible
• Current NBCRNA certification required
• Providers in the NBCRNA examination process will be considered
• Current ACLS certification required
• No fellowship training required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN opportunity
• Immediate start available
• Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shift options
• Negotiable first-call responsibilities with post-call day off
• No second-call responsibilities
• 100% medically directed care team model
• Induction administered by either the CRNA or anesthesiologist depending on the case
• Case mix includes orthopedics, outpatient surgery, regional anesthesia, obstetrics, neuro, and occasional vascular procedures
• No cardiac, thoracic, trauma, pediatric, or critical care cases
• Opportunity to perform arterial lines, central lines, spinal anesthesia, epidurals, and regional blocks
