Job Description

Lake Ozark Anesthesia & Associates is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their independent practice at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. This role is available due to growth in the practice. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical cases (excluding heads)
• Perform regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks
• Participate in call rotation: three 1st calls and three 2nd calls per month
• Collaborate with 9 CRNAs and 1 anesthesiologist in a supportive environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $210,000–$230,000 with potential to exceed $250K with overtime
• Student loan assistance up to $50,000
• 15% retirement contribution
• $4,400 CME allowance (paid out if unused)
• Licensures, certifications, and association dues covered
• 7 weeks of vacation

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Missouri state licensure
• Proficiency in or willingness to train in regional anesthesia techniques

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position at Lake Regional Health System
• Monday–Friday schedule with call duties
• Three 1st calls and three 2nd calls per month
• Always off the day after first call
