Job Description

Join a thriving, completely independent CRNA-only practice in a small-town Michigan facility with close proximity to Ann Arbor and Jackson. This full-time opportunity allows CRNAs to operate at the top of their license in a collegial and supportive setting. Ideal for experienced CRNAs or new graduates seeking autonomy and comprehensive case variety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Perform general, orthopedic, GI, OB, and light neuro, vascular, and pediatric cases
• Utilize regional anesthesia and spinal/epidural techniques (training available if needed)
• Maintain flexible scheduling with optional travel assignments for additional pay

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 Option: $275,000 annually with full benefits
• 1099 Option: $375,000 annually with malpractice included
• 6 weeks PTO
• Health insurance and 401(k) (W-2 only)
• Optional travel assignments at premium hourly rates

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan
• New graduates welcome to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Day shifts: 6, 8, or 10-hour options
• 24-hour on-call shift: approximately 1 in 5 weeknights and weekends
• Independent CRNA model, no supervision
