Job Description

Buffalo Niagara Anesthesia is hiring full-time CRNAs to join the team at Kaleida Health’s Buffalo General Medical Center and/or Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. This role offers no call requirements, paid overtime, and a competitive compensation package, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Work with a collaborative care team delivering comprehensive anesthesia services to a wide variety of surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary between $250,000–$260,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Overtime pay beyond 40 hours

Job Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified CRNA
• Eligible for RN/NP licensure in New York State

Schedule & Work Environment

• Comprehensive case mix including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, urology, neuro, and more
