Job Description

Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their highly skilled team. This autonomous role offers excellent compensation, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment. CRNAs in this position handle their own regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, central venous catheters (CVCs), arterial lines, and a variety of cases in an independent practice model.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $280,000 with call pay increasing total compensation to $300,000 – $320,000+
• $30,000 sign-on bonus with service agreement
• Retirement contributions up to 6% of total salary

• $5,000 annual merit bonus
• $1,000 for post-call day worked
• $4,600 annual CME allowance

Workload and Call Schedule

• Light call load with call back less than 50% of the time
• Call schedule: 1st call every 7th day and every 7th weekend
• No second call, but backup call is always available
• Post-call day off 95% of the time
• Average 30-40 hour workweek
• Frequently out before 2 PM

Case Mix

• General, orthopedic, ENT, obstetric, podiatry, ophthalmology, and urology cases
• No cardiac, neurologic, or spine cases
